Why can’t anyone tell a good joke about climate change? I don’t mean “Climate Change? That’s a joke in itself”. And I don’t mean jokes in the Leno/O’Brien/Letterman-style: ‘Scientists are warning that if climate change gets any worse even Hilary Clinton will thaw out’. I mean funny ones. Where are they?
The Times wrote about this and the online comments were as miserable, mean-spirited and loopy as usual with this subject. Humour hardly began to get a look-in. The same happened a year or so ago when the Guardian ran a very similar piece.
If anyone has a good joke about climate change I’d love to hear it.

The hastag #palinscience on twitter has a lot of global warming denier based ‘jokes’, but it’s more dependant on Sarah’s oh-so-human failings more than anything else.

Thanks Meika, that’s so much what I meant about the shortage of funny jokes. I suppose humour is a subjective thing…
And how did the NaNoWriMo go, by the way?

You can not joke about a religion!
Human effect on climate change is a faith not a fact
The only thing constant about the climate is that it is always changing

Q: How many climate sceptics does it take to change a lightbulb?
A: None. It’s too early to say if the lightbulb needs changing.
I believe in Global Warming. As in CO2 and Methane? The $hithouse gasses? One comes out of my mouth and the other comes out of my A$$! Ya like that’s going to make the planet boil.
GLOBAL WARMING: YOU ARE GETTING WARMER, YOU ARE GETTING SLEEPY, YOU ARE GETTING STUPID……
I Love GLOBAL WARMING
enviroMENTALism

According to a news story, if global warming continues, in 20 years the only chance we’ll have to see a polar bear is in a zoo. So in other words, nothing is going to change.
